Terms of Service
Effective: 30 June 2026.
1. Service
Deep IQ is an operations workspace for internet service providers. It helps you manage customer records, send WhatsApp notifications, view delivery status, and respond to customer WhatsApp messages connected to your approved business number.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate customer records, phone numbers, account details, and billing evidence;
- making sure recipients have agreed to receive your WhatsApp messages and honoring opt-out or support requests;
- using approved message templates only for the purpose and language accepted by WhatsApp;
- keeping your account and uploaded data secure; and
- complying with applicable laws, WhatsApp Business terms, and Meta platform policies.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Deep IQ to:
- send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, illegal content, hate speech, scams, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- send content that violates WhatsApp Business policies, including restricted goods, financial scams, misleading claims, or abusive content;
- impersonate Deep IQ, Meta, WhatsApp, another organization, or another person;
- access, export, alter, or interfere with another customer's data; or
- attempt to bypass product limits, billing, security controls, or review decisions.
Repeated complaints, high opt-out rates, poor delivery quality, or evidence of abuse may result in message restrictions, suspension, or account closure.
4. WhatsApp messages and inbox replies
Outbound business-initiated messages may require approved WhatsApp templates. When a customer messages your business number, WhatsApp may open a customer service window during which you can send free-form support replies. After that window closes, a new approved template may be required before the conversation can be reopened.
Delivery, read, and failure status depends on WhatsApp and the recipient's device or network. A sent or delivered status does not guarantee that the recipient read, understood, or acted on the message.
5. Credits and billing
Service may be sold as credit packs or another plan shown in your account. Credits are added after we confirm your approved payment method, such as bank transfer or supported wallet transfer.
One credit is generally consumed when a paid outbound message or template reply is accepted for sending. Free-form inbox replies inside the WhatsApp customer service window do not consume Deep IQ credits. Failed sends that are rejected before delivery acceptance may be blocked or refunded according to the product's current billing rules.
6. Availability and third-party services
Deep IQ depends on hosting providers, WhatsApp Business services, internet connectivity, device availability, and payment or email providers. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery or availability from third-party services.
7. Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy for refund handling.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these terms, unpaid balances, security risks, legal requests, WhatsApp or Meta restrictions, or serious misuse. We may act immediately where needed to protect customers, recipients, the platform, or the service.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost customers, delayed delivery, message rejection, or third-party service outages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for Deep IQ in the previous 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts using reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Baghdad.
