Sending your first message
From contact list to queued message in a few steps.
You'll need an approved message, enough credits, and at least one synced contact.
1. Open Contacts. Use search to filter by name, phone, or area before selecting recipients.
2. Tick the rows on the current page that you want to message.
3. Click "Send to selected". You'll land on the Compose page.
4. Pick an approved message from the dropdown.
5. Review the customer details Deep IQ fills from each contact's row.
6. Confirm the recipient count and click Send now.
The send is queued immediately and delivery begins shortly. Open the job page to watch sending progress and any issues that need attention. For larger segments, filter the contact list and send page by page.
